What is the best way to store my products?

Tallow is shelf stable at room temperature. It is best to store your products at room temperature if they can be stored under 75 degrees fahrenheit. If room temperature is above 75 degrees I recommend storing your products in your refrigerator. This will extend the life of your product and keep it from changing in composition.
